2024 Greater Delafield Community Board Members
We are honored to have the following community leaders serving on our board for the 2024/25 fiscal year.

Dan has served on the GDCF board since 2000 and was unanimously elected President in April 2022. He is a retired civil engineer who serves on the City of Delafield Public Works Committee . An avid bicyclist, he also enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling with his wife, Trina.

Carrie and husband Charlie are long time residents of the Lake Country area. With a shared passion for renovation and design, a new project is their favorite pastime. Carrie retired from sales and marketing with a strong focus in community service. She is a past president of Lake Country Caring.

Norm and his wife Cindy had lived in Delafield for 33 years and raised three (now adult) daughters through the Kettle Moraine school system before moving to Oconomowoc in 2018. Norm was a sales engineer in the telecommunications sector until his retirement. He is currently a member and past president of the Delafield Summit Lions Club. He enjoys golfing, biking, skiing, playing with grandchildren and traveling with his wife.

Phil moved to the area over 50 years ago when he married his wife, Mary, who was raised in Delafield. He is a Veteran, former City of Delafield Alderman and Mayor, and has been on the GDCF board since 2010 serving as President until April 2022.

Char has lived in Delafield for over 30 years. A teacher, guidance counselor and administrator she spent over 37 years serving in the Kettle Morraine, Oconomowoc and Swallow school districts. In retirement, she is enjoying traveling with her husband, spending time with her 2 grandchildren and boating on Nagawicka Lake.

A resident of Delafield since 1964, Mary has been a member of the GDCF Board since 2010. She has a passion for gardening and is involved in the WI English Springer Spaniel association. She has two grandchildren and is now a great-grandmother two times over.

Dan has been a Delafield resident for over 30 years. He has served as a member of the GDCF Board for over 10 years. Dan has two adult daughters and is currently enjoying his new role of Grandfather. He was elected to WI state assembly and served from 1990 to 2005. Waukesha County Executive in 2005 and held the position until 2015.
